Open Workbench is an open source Windows-based desktop application that provides robust project scheduling and management functionality. A free alternative to Microsoft Project.

Linux Operating System (We use this)
If you want to go the whole hog and replace your Windows operating system then you could do no worse than using Linux.
Linux is a comprehensive operating system that has thousands of available applications for any task you could require from your desktop computer. You can even install Linux alongside Windows and still access your windows applications.
Warning Whilst Linux is very robust and powerful, you should ensure that you backup any data you want to keep if you’re going to use it to replace Windows.

A comprehensive and powerful Client/Contact Relationships Management (CRM) software. Comes with just about everything you could need from a CRM system including sales process management. It runs on the web and can work behind your website and be fully integrated into it.
